FACILITIES Adjacent to Swallow Creek sits an enchanting blue barn crafted out of ancient redwood in the late 1800s. The former heart of the dairy farm, now completely renovated, serves as a delightfully unique venue for your special occasion. The barn can accommodate up to 300 guests and features 4,700 square feet of inviting space for your celebration, a stage for a live band or DJ, dance floor, modern wiring and lighting, handicap accessible restrooms, heaters, and a creek side deck. With dappled sunlight entering between redwood beams, the interior of the barn serves as an intimate location to exchange vows. We also offer two outdoor ceremony sites. A cypress lined meadow, adjacent to the barn, offers peek-a-boo sea views and the tranquility of being creek side. A hilltop amphitheatre presents a breathtaking natural backdrop with panoramic coastline vistas. Both sites are equipped with ceremony stages.
