THE HISTORIC DAIRY BARN

Built in 1863, this enchanting blue barn was the heart of the dairy until the 1940's when ranch production shifted to beef cattle because of a long drought. Milk producing cows need a lot of water!

Fully retrofitted, it still retains its historic character. It can accommodate up to 250 guests and features 4,700 square feet of inviting space for a fabulous reception with dinner and dancing! It includes a dance floor, modern wiring and lighting, three handicap accessible restrooms, a custom wine barrel bar, four propane heaters (propane included), and a creek side deck.

Tables and chairs for 200 guests included with a combination of 10 - 72 inch round tables, 10 - 8X30 inch banquet tables and natural wooden folding chairs with an ivory seat. Set up not provided.
